Been going to them since Cancun high school spring break!! Always great recommendations. Great prices and service. They recently did a young adult tour across Europe for my brother and I. The weather isn't the best at this time of year, but ask them about it for maybe summer or near then. more

Months ago, I was told by this fairly tall skinny young girl (if she still works there, she has a really big nose and ears, and oriental eyes, so be aware to NOT go to her) to book this hotel in the Bahamas. She said she recommends this place to her customers and has had great reviews. Well the hotel was bug infested, locks unsafe, room was never cleaned. I can go on, but my head would burst. Prices were not that great either. more

They've been in business for many years and from what I have seen their experience certainly shows. They have good prices and are extremely helpful. I recently had a very well planned out trip to Greece for my anniversary and it was put together beautifully. I highly recommend them. Cheers :) more

Just came back (Aug. 14) from a Holy Land tour done by Rena Travel. They booked my air, hotel, and all the tours. It was hassle free because they worked around our student budget and gave us a great deal. The trip was PERFECT and we had such a blast. The tour guides were top notch. Everything was on time, and the trip went very smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better planned trip. I am already saving up money for the next tour they are offering in 2011!! more

I traveled overseas for 2 months this sumer and had a very hard time finding tickets. I am a last minute buyer and this does not work well when most places require advance purchase requirements for low rates. I called a few travel agencies because I was told some of them wholesale overseas ticket prices. After checking prices at a few places, I was given the best deal by Rena Travel by almost $100 over 2 other agencies and over $400 from online! The airline (Royal Jordanian) was not the greatest and they require you to be there 4 hours in advance (pretty ridiculous) or they can give up your seat. But, I was there early and for the price I couldn't complain. I did arrive to my destination on time and in one piece. I was assigned the aisle seat I requested from the travel agent and was called with . I'd definitely use them again for my next overseas trip. more

It's significantly cheaper to buy online. I should have just done so, but was my first time traveling and did not know better. Travel agency need to make profit somehow or how would they stay in business right? If you want to support the business, then go there. If you need to support yourself, plenty of online sites to choose from. more

I had booked my first vacation in 3 years and THANK HEAVENI booked with a travel agent. My trip fell the week that Delta Airline took over Northwest Airline (I hate airlines due to their monopoly and control over consumers!) my flights were scheduled with Delta. Apparently Delta had overbooked their flights and were extremely disorganized and had so many people flightless that day...there was literally tons of people sitting all over the floor and even news stations were called, it was just a mess! Delta offered vouchers but it was a first come first serve basis to rebook. I was referred to wait in a line out the door. I called my travel agent for help in a panic state and was immediately helped. She rebooked me on another airline and had Delta reimburse my money and I made it to my destination same day!! I don't think many of the other passengers in my situation had such luck. So worth it to be carefree on your vacation and know someone is there for you! My family has booked with them for years and they will always have my business!! Pros: 24/7 service more

After I booked with Rena Travels&tours, I looked at orbitz just to see. Stupid me for not doing it before, could have gotten hotel and airfare cheaper. But I guess they have to make money somehow. Just go here if you have money to blow. And the girl I spoke to was extremely nice, she definitely was a salesperson, con me into buying. Don't fall for it. Cons: Expensive more

I have a family of 4 and was looking for a last minute vacation for Thanksgiving break. I usually book my trips online but decided it was too difficult to coordinate because of the holiday rush. I called in and spoke with Rena (I believe this is the daughter of owner), she was very knowledgable and suggested many things. We finally decided on the Riu Palace Riviera Maya in Mexico (I recommend this hotel to anyone) I am a very picky traveler and she totally relieved me. She requested a crib for my son and suggested early check in. I checked prices with other travel agents but her price was the best. We loved the hotel and would definitely use their services again. I always thought booking with a travel agent would cost more but it was quite the opposite, I saw how hard she worked to get me a good rate and I will definitely use their services again. It saves the headache of searching and searching online and not knowing where to go!! Pros: Very Knowledgable Cons: Very busy place!!!! more

The girl that worked there gave me what was ""the best price"" to go to Lebanon. I've been to Lebanon several times (know roughly what's a good deal and not) and all I asked was ""is there a lower fare you can give me? (It's a fair question.)"" She went and talked to this older woman, and both of them rolled their eyes and said, stupid cheap Muslim! Did they refer to me??? Did they not know I could see them and hear them!! I just left!
