I don't write a lot of reviews and only do so when I find something really positive, for the most part, and a year ago after I purchased a Pride mobility scooter, it wouldn't start properly and found that the Remobilizers sold and repaired a wide variety of medical devices and scooters. Brian, who took over for his folks who started the store, came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct replacement part and promptly drove far up the peninsula to get my scooter running. I thought to myself, should I ever get another mobility product, that's the store I am going to buy it from, sales and service.
Now that it's been over a year, and my wife and I just rescued a racing greyhound and can't believe our good fortune, I decided it was time for a big scooter upgrade that would be not so portable but really safe, with lights front and back , a proper suspension system, headlamp etc. I researched for a few days and called remobilizers where I was greated cordially . I discussed the quality of several brands and found out a lot of info that online sellers had no clue about. Most online sellers only take orders, they do not stock anything and have no idea how anything works and can't answer any questions regarding battery uses, types, sizes, capacity, or any number of things that I asked.
So, since I hadn't recorded properly who had done the service call for me, I spent 3 days online doing searches and finally found them today. I called them and they are preparing some info for me so I can make a decision as to which scooter I will buy from them. I will buy a scooter from them next week, and I will do a followup review so you can see what I chose.
This business represents what most business should, good customer service and the feeling that they are there to help you.
