I go in for a cut and color I know exactly what level of the product he uses. Which is a dark chocolate brown. I walk out with the roots red? And that was a 100$ cut and color. Hi...

I just had THE WORST manicure I've ever had in my life. I thought I would try the Groupon deal for the shellac manicure and Michelle did awful. EVERY single nail either has bubbling, uneven lines, uneven polish, streaks from the brush she used or skin with polish on it. I even had her re-do a couple of nails hoping she would get the hint that they did not look good. And they turned out bad. She said she's been doing nails for 4 years, if so, she does not know what she is doing. Very disappointed. She was a nice person, but I was not a satisfied customer. more

I have been getting the groupons for the Shellac Mani from Michelle. This is the only place I go now. I love how she has extended hours and can always get me in.. She does stick by her work. One nail chip the next day and she was more than happy to get me in right away and fix it!!! more

Michelle has a Groupon for a Shellac Mani - but doesn't include a cuticle trim. I think the groupon should be called a polish change with shellac. Just Sayin.\r more

Used a groupon for a spa pedi- worst ever. Not quite sure what their definition of a spa is, but this was far from it. In addition, the polish chipped the next morning. 3 days later, the polish is completely gone from 3 nails. Obviously cheap polish was used as this has never happened before with other salons- in which color usually lasts for at least 3-4 weeks. more

I have been going to Remedy Salon with Jolene for about 4 years! The service is great, Jolene is so welcoming, friendly, and great at what she does. I really enjoy my “me” time when I have my highlights and haircut done. more

I know from experience that stylists at this salon care. They will work with you until you are happy. Products and services are both guaranteed. Jolene has come in early and stayed late for me to ""fix"" my hair even though I asked to change from brunette to blond. Best customer service experience ever! btw I now know not to try brunette again! thanks Jolene! I luv my blonde glam!! more

I've been going to FOU for years...and i will not go to anyone else..Fou is the best hairdresser i've had and would not go to anyone else!!! His prices are very reasonable and he is a true professional! \r DON'T LET ONE BAD REVIEW FROM ONE PERSON SCARE YOU AWAY!! more

Just got a new look and color at Remedy, five stars for both! Joyce did the new look and I look fabulous. The comment by an unhappy customer was out of line, probably no one could please her. more

There's not been a bad comment about Fou Phan since this ""THING"". She is obviously insecure or something. Been going here for awhile now, Not one problem. Here's is a comment from a very loyal customer, And would not go anywhere else but to him. Thank You, But Your comment is not appreciated by any of us that have been coming here for years. more

about remedy salon 7/28/2010

ive been going to remedy salon since before it was remedy, used to be tanning and beauty by jola for 22 yrs all of the same people are still there...and then some have i ever had a bad do..yep but it was corrected and fixed..i am a retired hairdresser myself color is tricky sometimes, medication, clorine, hairproducts.. i suggest csmobil go back to fuo or the owner of the salon..as for the 100.00... thats not out of line for color ...dont give the whole salon a bad rap because of one person you had a bad experiance with..besides give him or the owner a chance to make things right before you start writing bad reviews,if youd been there 2 or 3 times to be fixed and its still not right then do your bad review.... more
