Reliable Towing Tire & Auto Center, Inc.

I was in a pretty bad accident which happened only 1.5 blocks from my address. Reliable towed my car and refused to take it to my home stating they HAD to take it to their shop; I was pretty badly injured in this accident and was unable to work for almost a month. During that time, Reliable called my house numerous times demanding payment for their services.. services that werent really to our benefit at all. Basically , my husband spoke to a superviser and told him how his tech's had been harrassing us for the money and how the car was not where we wanted it to be anyway...the car was totalled. We gave the car to reliable and they stopped calling... It shouldve never ever gone that far...It shouldve been towed 1.5 blocks to my house and a bill sent. I wouldnt do business with these guys again if they were the only towing service in town...I 'd push it first. Sorry Reliable....you just arent that reliable to me. more

This is not a place to go especially if you tend to take mechanics "at their word". I was in a real time crunch for some minor car repairs so when this station said they could fit me in I grabbed the appointment. Never again! They gave me a long (expensive) list of of "needed" work.. No doubt a woman with an open wallet and needed repairs looked like easy pickings - well I turned them down limped my car until my (honest) mechanic was available. Long story short: my car has been just fine and I saved money these guys would have cheerfully pocketed for unneccasary repairs. more
