Reliable Movers

This was a corporate paid move from New York to Baltimore , MD on April 30th of this year. We set everything up through Jennifer on April 15th and went over an inventory list and compared our in home estimates to that list and tweaked it over the next few days. Their quote was a little higher than one of the estimates and considerably lower than the other. We did not compile quotes from any other companies just the 3 mentioned and were pleased with all 3 companies more

The workers were very professional, polite, careful and honest. They finished everything in one hour. The matress box which was taken in by sleepys in 5 minutes, was taken out in less than a second. They wrapped everything carefully. It was a wonderful experience for me. 5 stars! more

Their quote was lower than the 5 movers who came to access my weight. Their 4 men were very considerate, hard working movers who busted their butts to protect my things! by No tape marks on anything. I paid a little extra because I needed some heavy mirrors crated. NO SURPRISES. Good helpful attitudes. Timing was perfect: I also needed storage and they gave me one month free! . the team were helpful and upfront with the whole moving process. they explained every detail from start to finish. On the day of the move a four man crew arrived 15 minutes early, professionally dressed and ready to work. The crew worked fast and made sure all of our belongings were safe at all times. The office was very helpful in assisting me with the planning stages and assisted me through the entire process as well. the guys that packed and moved us were efficient and very friendly. They told us it would take 3-4 hours and it took 4 and a half because the stairs into our basement were difficult and we had to take the railing down. Faxing your insurance requirements to the building manager’s office; padding the elevator so that the super was satisfied; and the extra care you took with my new Furnitures. These people show up late, overcharge you for boxes you didn't use. Once they get your things on the truck...they hold them hostage for THOUSANDS of dollars more that the binding contracted amount!! They add weight and inches to the loads. We caught them by demanding a reweigh we could witness and theu overcharged us for 1,000 pounds!! They wre soo sorry sounding but they just pushed us off and pushed us off until guess what... they stopped returning calls and NEVER refinded the money for the DISHONEST AND CRIMINAL weight addage not to mention the thousands of dollars they bilked us for by threatneing to sell our things!!
