Called saying they missed me and they would send sample tell they caught up with me then sent me not sample 6 bottles of cleaner over priced and then next month auto kicked me out another without approval and didn't want to take back when did get of hold of them which is very hard to do they say they will call right back instead of transfer you more

Reliable Maintence Scam 4/27/2012

Reliable Maintenance has made contact with out American Legion Post, 3 times in the past 4 years resulting in them sending us items that we did not order, at a price well over what anyone would be willing to pay. Most recent a1/2 case Concentrated Multi Purpose C leaner. The other 1/2 is on back order You also get a screw driver with this. They do agree to take the items back with out the 20% restocking charge. How many people have been caught in this scam. Post 157 Branchville, N.J more

POOR EVERYTHING! 10/22/2006

Ok, So I get this box at my door. Not addressed to anyone who lives at my residence, or even the correct business name. I call the number provided and after getting hung up on 3 times I finally get a person to talk to. I tell them that I got this package addressed to someone who does not live here or even the correct business name. The lady on the phone starts swearing since apparently she can, I'm not sure what that is all about. I got transferred to a sales rep who was just plain rude as well. All of his comments were snotty and rude. I would not reccommend this company to anyone. They have poor service and sales people. Cons: Over priced, rude people, poor service and to top it off more
