Being new to the area, I was clueless at who to call, when my washer died.. Reliable Appliance was the 1st one to answer the phone ( as opposed to "leave a message, and we might get back to you") The dispatcher sent a repairman the same day. Kurt was very good at keeping us informed on his progress to visit our home. Once he was here, he checked the washer told us what he felt what was wrong. He allowed us to decide if we wanted to continue with the repairs. When we decided to repair the washer Kurt was quick to return with the part and revive the ailing washer. Kurt is very personable and good at what he does. We will call Reliable Appliance again, if we need another repair. Thank you, Kurt.
