I see Dr. T for my severe back pain. I have a ruptured disc in my back, but I don't have time to take off work for surgery. He give me injections and I can continue to work. I get so much relief, that I don't need much medicine and I can still pass my drug test at work. He actually spends time with you when he is in the office, so I don't mind waiting my turn. If he is behind, his nurse practitioner comes in to see me, and she is just as good as he is. In a time where doctors spend less than 5 seconds with you, in his office you get your full 15 minutes with either him or his nurse practitioner. Thanks Dr. T!!! more

Went to see Dr. Savage-Edwards' nurse practioner, under the pretense that I would get an appointment to see Dr. Edwards at a later date for numbness. Tests were scheduled and an emergency came up and I had to cancel one. I was given the third degree having to explain in detail what my emergency was. Very insensitive. The person I talked to never gave me the change to reshedule the test. I received a phone call regarding the results of an MRI asking me to call back. I called back and the person who answered took awhile to find my records and then told me they didn't give that information out over the phone. I said, I was just returning a call that your staff left a message about. ""There's no record that anyone called you."" Well, all I can say is that I still have the message on my machine. Poor communication between staff members. & that test that I missed, no one even noticed until the date that I was scheduled to have a re-check with the nurse-practioner. Nope, not the doctor. Very disorganized and disappointing. Cons: Lack of communication among staff members; rude to patients. more

I went to Dr. Ted Edwards DO for TMJ on the first visit. My jaw joint was frozen on the right side. He did an adjustment and I could eat anything I wanted again. It was great!\r I returned to Dr. Edwards, September 2006, because my TMJ was bothering me again. \r Dr. Edwards saw me an hour and a half after my appointment time. I mentioned to him my time is as valuable as his and I had been waiting over an hour to see him. (I had called to find out if I could arrive late two weeks before because of an unforeseeable event and was told no because the doctor had to keep to his schedule and was charged for not keeping my appointment.) He said the appointment time the patient was given was 15 minutes earlier than the actually time for the doctor to see the patient. The time your appointment began was not the time in which you saw the doctor but the time in which you were put into an individual room. Dr. Edwards complained about how slow the computer in the patient room was.\r My jaw was indeed frozen in place again and he adjusted it.\r I made another appointment to see Dr. Edwards in a month. I was on time for my appointment. I signed in. After waiting an hour I asked the reception if they had forgotten about me. They had not marked me there although they did have information where I signed in. I was taken to a patient room. Dr. Edwards came in. He did not like the way the *ouse for the computer worked so he took it apart, worked with it a bit and then went to find another *ouse. I heard him visit the patient next door before coming back into the room where I was waiting. He attached another *ouse, asked me where was my pain and adjusted my jaw. (It was out of place again.) When he left the room he made a statement about me not charging him this time. \r I feel Dr. Edwards was not professional by playing/working with the *ouse. He did not respect my time. I was late for my next appointment for that day. Pros: Very talkitive and friendly. Cons: Seemed all over the place and not focused on the subject of my health. more
