The office space in North San Jose is five minutes from San Jose International Airport and has good access to all parts of Silicon Valley. Offering a pleasant outside courtyard, it is situated in the middle of a business park where the other tenants include hi-tech companies and businesses offering professional and financial services. Nearer the airport the mixed-industry neighbors include quite a few manufacturing operations. The computer industry is one of the biggest employers in the San Jose region. The extraordinary number of US patents produced by residents shows it's still an incubator of ideas and new businesses. And another major employment sector, education, continues to inject thousands of engineering and computer science graduates into the local economy. Hotels and restaurants are nearby, but good transport links put downtown shopping and dining within easy reach.
