I would avoid this salon at all cost! I asked for a senior stylist assuming I would gain an experienced, professional stylist. I got color, highlights and a cut. The color was completely wrong like way darker and the highlights orange, brassy and my hair was fried. I originally had virgin healthy hair. The cut was choppy and seemed to be done very fast and lazy. I asked for a trim but ended up with like 5 inches cut off. I think she didn't want me to see the damage, bubble gum ends. The wait time was ridiculous by the way. It seems I was double booked by the stylist that was doing my hair. When I asked her to fix my color she said she would have to charge me again. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the manager. I was shocked. With a manager that is so unprofessional I would assume the whole salon is the same, since they are under her underclass management guidance. I demanded a refund and she didn't want to give it to me. I called the corporate office and they gave me a refund. Her name was Rhonda. I would recommend anyone to stay away from Rhonda. My friends cousin who is African American who I later found out after my apt that she also had a bad exp. as well with the manager. She said the manager said that she didn't know how to do black peoples hair and told her shed have better luck at the other black salon in the mall, because the black male stylist that they had was booked. \r Stay away from this place, and stay away from Rhonda, the manager!!! more

After coming home to find my 1/4 inch trim uneven and layered on one side and not the other I returned to have another master stylist correct the problem. Mistake. The master stylists are supposedly one down from the top ranked stylists with Regis. One would assume they charge more, they have more experience, therefore the haircut should be above your average hair stylist.\r \r Kelly, my second stylist absolutely butchered my hair, leaving me with a mullet/bi-cut type hair style. I will have to have it cut very short now just in order to repair any sense of style my hair once had. In addition to this, she insisted after cutting it, that it was my hair's fault(cowlicks/thicker in one section then the other) that the cut did not turn out like planned. The hair cut didn't turn out like planned because it wasn't what I asked for. I have been having my hair layered and styled for over 20 years and it's never been a problem to anyone else.\r \r I would avoid this hair salon at all costs, and especially Tiffany, who can't cut layers evenly, and Kelly who will give you a nightmare of a hair cut. I will say the 1-800 number was very nice, and didn't mind refunding me my money for the haircut. If only they could refund me my dignity and my hair they took with them....\r Pros: When your hair turns out horrible the refund process is a cinch! Cons: Your hair turns out horrible. more
