I Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else! 1/17/2011

I would never go anywhere else to get my hair colored, or cut. I've been going to Regis since I can remember! I've never had a bad experience and so many of the employees know exactly who I am. It's always clean and organized, the staff is helpful with whatever you need, and they are always willing to help out if you're really not sure about what you want. ( Like me) I've gotten my hair colored about every color of the rainbow and then some, and they made every single color look amazing! Everyone is so friendly and I always walk out with exactly what I wanted. My whole family goes there and looks forward to getting their hair done and getting to see the people there! I don't know what I'd do without my hairstylist, Jen, and Regis. They're the best! I would definitely recommend to anyone! more

I have been getting my hair done at this salon since 2003. I drive 27 miles to get my hair done. This is how aweseome this place is. more

the best Salon i Western WA! 1/9/2011

I have been going to Regis Salon for about 6 years now. My stylist is Jenn, the manager. she always is very polite and goes out of her way to accommodate me, IE, fitting me in at the last minute Jenn always does an awesome job doing my hair, she is up to date on all of the latest techniques and styles. I would recommend Regis Salon in Everett Mall to everyone, and tell them to ask for Jenn Edgley! Lisa Carmichael more

Regis Salon on Everett Mall Way 1/8/2011

This Regis is AWESOME! The manager, Jen, is AMAZING, keeps a very clean and friendly store, and all of her employees are positive, professional and helpful. I recomend this Regis to any one who wants a perfect hair cut, color, highlights, etc. For the past several years I have been going to this Regis, and have never had a bad experiance. I will continue to only go to this Regis because they are the only ones who can provide the exceptional service I want and have become used to. Everyone, go see Jen! more

""Do Your Magic!"" 1/7/2011

I have been going to Regis Salon in the Everett Mall for over 6 years. And in those 6 years I don't remember ever being unhappy with the service. The Manager/Master Designer, Jen Edgley is the only one that I will allow to touch my hair. Its a sense of ease walking in the salon and sitting down and never having to worry how my hair is going to turn out. I always tell her ""Do your magic!"" I like to mix my hair up through out the year with either highlights or lowlights and Jen knows what goes best with my face shape and eye color. Its not just Jen who makes my visits great, its also the other stylists who welcome you and who also do great work. Great team work always! I totally recommend Regis Salon at the Everett Mall. You will not be let down! Keep up the great work girls and thank you Jen for never letting me down! more

Fantastic Salon! 1/7/2011

My family and I have been going to Regis Salon in the Everett Mall ever since I was in elementary school. I have always been impressed by each stylist's professional attitude and enthusiasm for what they do. I have been going to Jen Edgely, the salon manager, for the past few years and have been nothing but satisfied. I enjoy doing different things with my hair and trying new trends. Jen always comes through! I always walk out of that salon wanting to show my hair off to the world! I can't remember a time when I didn't get exactly what I wanted. You can come in with a specific hair color and style you want or a vague idea. The stylists talk with you about what you are requesting, always asking questions to make sure they understand exactly what you want. I love getting my hair done because it truly is an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this salon! more

Top Notch! 1/7/2011

First off, let me say that I am a hair snob and am always trying new things with my hair. I grew up in a family of cosmetologists so I expect top quality. I have been in every high end downtown Seattle salon and most have disappointed. Regis at the Everett Mall is by far the best. Jen Edgely, the salon manager, has transformed that place into one of the top performing salons. I have been going to Jen for the last 7 years. NO ONE can foil, color, or cut like her. She deserves the title ""Master Stylist"" and is worth the wait! more

I have been going to Regis for about 5 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very professional and know what they are doing, unlike some other salons I have gone to. I have always been treated very well. They always take care of you. Don't waste your money going anywhere else. I highly recommend!! more

Excellent Service! 1/7/2011

I have been coming to the Everett Mall Regis for almost 5 years now to see Jen and have had nothing but great experiences every time. The staff is very friendly and personable, and the service I receive is amazing. Every time I get my hair done, it is documented so that the stylist can refer back to it when I come in for a touch-up. I would recommed the Everett Mall Regis Salon to anybody who wants to be treated well and enjoy a beautiful hair style! more

I am a regular customer for a reason 1/7/2011

I am a hair person. I think if you asked my friends and family what my most fashionable trait is, they'd say my hairstyle. So I am picky when choosing a hair salon. I was referred to Jen at Regis by my best friend, who, knowing my need for good hair, recognized an artist. That was four years ago, and I have never had a bad experience, or even a ""not so great"" experience. The staff is professional and courteous, and has always greeted me within a minute of walking in the door. My past preferences for hair color and style are all documented so that if I decide to go back to a style I had previously (not very often, mind you) I can. I regularly get comments on how great my hair looks, not just after a day at the salon, but weeks afterward. They know their clients and products, and I trust them implicitly! more

Best salon expience ever!!! 1/6/2011

Went to Regis salon today on a referral from a friend. Was greeted promptly with a smile and on offer of coffee, tea or water. The lady who did my hair was great! She made sure we were completely on the same page and I finally left a salon completely satisfied. My cut is so cute and she actually walked me thru how to style it a few different ways. I will definately be going back to regis!!!! Loved the feeling of the salon and everyone there was so nice. Am so excited to show off my new do at work tomorrow ;-) more

Great place for styles and cuts 9/25/2010

Outstanding service! Met me the instant I walked in and took me back to start my makeover. Shampooed, conditioned and even a little scalp massage thrown in! Hairstylist was very knowledgeable and current with the latest trends. Cut and style was awesome and I'm definetly returning for Heather to do my hair next time. more

stupid place I have ever had 8/31/2009

I was in the salon to have my hair highlight to burgundy color. That stupid lady changed my hair to bright bright red like a fuuny clown. I stayed for more than 4 hrs to let them try to fix my hair color to what I want. u know what? They don't know what color is burgundy. faint!!! I will not recommend this place to color ur hair at all. Especially her name start with h, horrible stupid girl unless burgundy = bright red!!! Pros: smile Cons: stupid more

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2/9/2008

This place is a JOKE!!! Starting when you walk in the door. I approached the front desk where I waited over 10 mins, while there were people just sitting around doing nothing but sitting around talking. I then was helped by a young man who was nice enough but noticeably annoyed by my presence. I asked to make an appointment to get a hair cut, to which he replied that they were totally booked??? How could they all be sitting around and still be booked!!!! I asked if any of the girls had any cancellations if I could come back? And was sad to hear that it was too late anyways and they would not have time to cut my hair. It was two hours before closing time, did a hair cut take soo long. I said no thank you and walked out VERY VERY disappointed!!! I shall not be back! Pros: none.... Cons: rude employees and lack of helpfulness more
