The girl did not listen to one word I said and instead of just trimming the edges, she took about 6"" off of my length. I told her I was trying to grow my hair all one length after having bad layers, and she gave me more defined layers. I also told her that the most important thing was for me to be able to easily throw my hair up in a ponytail because I have mostly wear it up because of my young children. It is now impossible to put it up without puffy poofs of hair coming down on the side. I look like a POODLE! Worst haircut of my life and I would never go back there!
