First, there was only one ticket window open and 29 people standing outdoors in 90 degree weather at 3 in the afternoon waiting...and waiting...when they finally send the girl in off her "state mandated break" (as the manager explains to us), she opens in a separate location and all the people at the back of the line just move over to that line - totally not fair. After standing in line for 15 minutes - 4 of which we spend waiting on the couple in front of us to use some discount ticket that the employee doesn't know how to process - we go inside to discover the restrooms are gross - there is no other word. Obviously, this place is understaffed - no one to take your money up front and no one to keep the place clean. We'll never go back. more

This Regal is right by our house, so it is often our choice for an impromptu movie. The movie screens are not too large or small, seating is comfortable enough (but not as comfy as Muvico), and the theaters are usually reasonably clean. It's cheaper than Muvico so we go here for movies we don't necessarily need digital projection or a huge screen for. It has free parking, a small arcade, and the usual snack selection. more
