Absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life. I asked them to overnight an item, and they never got back to me. I called that night to cancel the purchase, and they still sent the entire purchase anyway. I called and was advised to refuse the shipment with ups. After doing so I emailed Reeds and never heard back so I called and could only reach their voicemail and left a message. Never got a call back. Now 4 days later I'm trying to call them yet again, and their number is busy. I'm disputing the charge with American Express. Avoid this hassle and shop elsewhere. They really suck!
