Re-Pipe 10/19/2018

I had the best experience this past week with Reed & Son Services. I had two teams re-piping the house, new well tank, new filter tank, all new fixtures. Gus, Mark, Frank, Steve, and crew are the best! They got the whole job done in one day! more

Instillation of new Hot Water Heater 5/23/2018

Everything went well with the instillation of the new hot water heater. Vince was very helpful in letting me know what he was going to do and also discussed with me how replacing the water softener system could assist in making the water heater last longer than the one he replaced. more

I had Vincent, my call to Reed & Son Services was last minute call from morning and Vincent came around 9 am, he did wonderful job! the job isn't done but will come back to finish up the service soon. Vincent is very well manner, good listener, gave us what we need or what need to be done. We will be looking forward to have Vincent or Patrick back to our home to finish up the job. more

three problems solved 1/5/2017

Water heater replacement 8/24/2016

Your plumbing crew replaced my water heater on 8/23/16. They were very friendly and courteous from the first contact, through all the problems that arose and all the way to the finish. First we discovered that the heater I provided would not fit into the closet. They quickly found one that would fit and picked it up. They discovered the water would not shut off. We never could find the house water shut off, so they got the city to shut it off. They finished the job and gave me advice on how to find the shut off. I think I may have found it, but will need to cut into a closed wall to access it. I am so grateful that they did such a great job and remained pleasant and helpful throughout. I recommend your company to anyone who needs plumbing help. Thanks again. Nice job. more
