I used to regularly go to the Red Tomato. I enjoyed their grinders for almost a year. I however will never return after the way I was treated tonight.\r

For the 2nd time in 3 weeks I was shorted 1/2 a sandwich, (Order and paid for 12in only got a 6in). The first time, and honest mistake I could easily over look it after they made the order correctly. The 2nd time I decided to bring it to their attention and inquire about what is going on. What I encountered I would never have expected from anyone.\r

The employee was immediately hostile, going as far as to say ""You got what you paid for now, what do you want?"" I replied that it was inconvenient that I had to wait an extra 15 min for them to make 1/2 a sandwich while the rest of my order grew cold and i wanted to prevent this in the future. His reply was most shocking and I quote ""This isn't McDonald's sometimes you need to wait"". I was shocked this clearly isn't a way to treat a customer. I replied that if this is the way they treat their customers I would never return here again. I was completely shocked by his response. ""Good, I don't need a customer like you, if you are not satisfied with your service here go across the street to Little Caesars"". \r

I suggest you all do as he suggests and find another place to dine, I will never come back after being treated this way.
