Totally service oriented and willing to go the extra mile for their customers 6/5/2016

Carl ordered wheels for me that, when they arrived, turned out to have the wrong offset. He called the mfg and got them to overnight the correct wheels at their expense, and had them on my vehicle the next day by 4PM. This was especially appreciated as I had to take a veteran, Purple Heart, Marine buddy of mine who has 4th stage cancer, to Springfield MA the next day. Super, professional service!!!! more

Excellent service, as always 9/24/2015

The two things that I count on whenever I take a vehicle to Carl is first, that the service will be done quickly and competently (in over a decade, I have never had to return to repair a badly-done repair), and second, that only the work that needed to be done was done. Carl is a straight shooter; he will tell you honestly what needs to be done, and not pressure you for additional services. It is reassuring to know that I can take our car to Carl, get the job done well, and pay a fair price only for what needed to be done. I would recommend his business to anyone without reservation. more

i recently had 2 tires mounted at redstone and was going to go back with the other 2. the rims already off car and tires to be mounted were not on rims.\r i had the same work done in march at redstone (all four tires).\r when i had the tires done in march it cost me $17 a tire. a pretty standard fee for this area.\r when i went in today i picked up the first two tires and was charged $64 for the mounting on just the 2.\r i told the owner that i paid the same amount for all four tires back in march. he said not possible. i left in a tiff. then went back in and asked for a reciept because i never recieved one. the owner printed a reciept that said $54.\r i asked him why he charged me $64 when the reciept said $54 and in march i was only charged $34 for 2 tires?\r he said its always $54 and thats what he charged me. not at all true. i went and had the other 2 switched at a dealership which everyone knows is more expensive than a regular garage. they only charged me $20 a tire.... just over the $17 any other garage charges. more

Very good 3/25/2010

This is the best place to get tires and front end alignment in town. Carl, the manager, knows how to help and I always leave feeling good about what has been done to my car. more
