I purchased a home through Bill at Red Oak Realty and it was a very smooth and wonderful experience I had with him. He explained everything to me and my wife repeatedly. Any question we had, he would answer us at anytime. Whenever we needed some online information, he was there to provide it. We also sold a home through him. He was on my side. He explained what I needed to do to sale the house. Every time I've used his services, he's been great. Bill is a wonderful guy. more

I had a really easy time working with Bill Fletcher from Red Oak Realty. He was great. He was always willing to help and he gave great advice. I got the apartment and am happy with it, but I'm also happy with the overall process and how smoothly it went. I would really recommend Bill. I think he's great and does a great job. The first time I met Bill from Red Oak Realty he was selling a house to my neighbors. He then came to look at my house and afterwards I called him and asked him some questions. He followed up and answered all of my questions really thoroughly. He was really helpful and great at remembering every little detail. Bill was patient, kind, and helpful. He really knows the area I live in, the real estate market, and about things like refinancing. He just has a lot of good information. He's always responded very helpfully, kindly, and thoughtfully to anything I've asked him about. He also recommended brokers to talk to and the person I contacted through him was really great.
