Good food, but where is it? 7/23/2002

Most of the food that I have gotten from Red Lobster has been good, but the service that I had last time I went was awful. The restaraunt was not busy at all, but it still took twenty minutes to recieve my salad! It then took another half hour to get the rest of my food. There was no explanation or apology from my waitress who spent more time gossiping to the bartender then waiting on her only table. Pros: good food, nice decor, ample parking Cons: usually very crowded, awful service, long wait for food more
