A OK PLACE TO DINE, NOTHING OVER DONE, A DECENT MEAL FOR THE PRICE Pros: NOT OVER PRICED Cons: SOMETIMS A 20 MIN WAI

Worst

Do not eat at Red Lobster. The food is mediocre at best and you are going to pay as much as you would at a far better independant sea food place. Think Chili's but with $15 plates...

Do not go here!! Save yourself from a bad experience! 1/26/2012

To describe our experience at this restaurant, we will use two words.... BEYOND BAD!\r \r To start, we were not even greeted ten minutes upon being seated. Our first waitress had a bad attitude and was very rude. We requested another waitress who was nice but offered extremly poor service.\r \r After making our order and receiving our salads, they were brown and wilty and doused in grocery store salad dressing...there were large pieces of lettuce stems that were not edible.\r \r What made it bad was , we had no silverware and had to wait 5 minutes for a passing waitress to provide us with forks to use.\r \r It took 40 minutes to recive our entrees but the restaurant was only 1/3rd full! It took just about the same amount of time to get a refill on my water!\r \r We were about to walk out because of the qaulity of food and the service but before we could, our food finally came.\r \r My girlfriend had the Seaport Lobster plus shrimp which was very hard, salty, and rubbery. I had the $14.99 special t more

Red Lobster, Aurora, CO 5/16/2011

I would have given a rating of MINUS stars but I didn't have that option. This resturant is the worst I have ever eaten in, I have eaten there 4-5 times, the management doesn't give a crap about the customers, you voice a concern and they roll their eyes or shrug their shoulders, no apologies, nothing. We ordered a very expensive dinner for 2 of us, I will never go back and will recommend to everyone I know to never visit them. First the scallops were like rubber, it was like eating raw testicles. The bread was hard and looked like it had been served before. The silverware had food stuck on it, you could see it clearly so how they could even put this on the table is beyond me. more

Be Kind To Yourself 3/25/2010

My wife and I have spent many a good time at this establishment. Unfortunately we found outselves not being able to visit for two to three months. 1) We walked in on a Sunday afternoon. We observed there were amble amounts of tables in the bar area and asked the host for one of those. Without looking up from his cell phone he replied; "It'll be 20 mins." 2) Once seated we also observed that several tables had not been cleared and it was as if a frat. house had just departed. 3) Our bread was served and as I seperated the breadplates we found decayed shrimp refuse on them. 4)...and last when all of this was brought to the managers attention she couldn't have cared less. She simply nodded offering no apologies. Pros: Structure seems sound Cons: Enviornment more

Shrimp-Shrimp-Shrimp 11/13/2006

Love the shrimp--fried, scampi, cocktail, hawaiian, fettucini--you name it. The kids could not have been happier. Service was just okay. The garlic bisquits were warm and fresh, except the waitress forgot to bring them until after we had our soup and salad. The blackened Halibut was delicious. The rice portion was scimpy tho. Pros: all you can eat shrimp -- kids love it Cons: slow wait staff, dirty silverware and inexperienced waitress more

Overpriced and mediocre to bad 9/14/2006

Do not eat at Red Lobster. The food is mediocre at best and you are going to pay as much as you would at a far better independant sea food place. Think Chili's but with $15 plates. Pros: Those cheese bread things are great Cons: Food is overpriced and bland more

Horrible 7/30/2005

When we first walked into this Red Lobster, there were 7 employees standing on either side of the entrance door, talking, laughing and dancing. We could hardly walk in. When we were seated, we were taken through a back area by a speechless young man who walked as if asleep. Our waitress came over and took our orders. The table next to us had barefoor children rolling around on the floor and screaming. No one said anything to them, the waitstaff simply walked over them. This was a horrible experience. PROS: Seafood in Colorado CONS: Everything more
