I stopped in with my wife and son. We walked in and it was fairly dead,(sunday 7pm, 2 other tables eating). Sat down, had menu dropped off, and drink order taken. Looking through the menu for 10 min unable to find what attracted me in the door, fish and chips. Eventually our waitress shows us the specials menu,(found it!) but not before the diners behind us spun the daily special board around. (if it wasn't for the fact i told her it was our first time in...whatever) Order placed! fish and chips for me, spaghetti and meatballs for the wife. (both meals included soup or salad) The salad was cold and crisp with a good variety of veggies,(somewhat unexpected) and the soup (seafood bisque) was much better than anticipated! Entrees arrive...Spaghetti cooked fine, meatballs good, sauce alright, (alright, it needed salt) Fish and chips...chips standard, fish far exceeded expectations. @ $4.99 & $5.99(fish) for a well portioned dinner?..I really don't think you could ask for more. The place was empty, the waitress was either novice,stoned,or distracted, but anyone dining here for fish and chips will overlook its short comings, or order to go and pick it up! Went there the other night to try it. Steak was overcooked and potatoes were cold as ice. When I complained to the server I was told it wasn't wise to send food back to the kitchen. Will not be returning and will tell everyone of the bad experience. Pros: Cold drinks and crisp salad Cons: Terrible entree and sides. more

Awful!!!!!! My wife & I went for lunch. We thought we were going to a steakhouse. Seems the lunch menu does not include any steak or ribs at all. We were not informed of this fact, nor offered a dinner menu, which we did not know existed. Next time we ask. Pros: Not many. Prices were ok. Cons: Terrible food, terrible service. more

The wife and I went there for her birthday and ordered the fishermans platter. The scallops they advertised as sea scallops were less than 1/2"" in diameter and there was 3 of them per plate. The fish was very greasy and not fit to eat. Pros: Beer was cold Cons: Food was lousy more

i dont recomend this place call ""restaurant"" my steak was very very bad i just got up ans walk away. first one of the employee was arguing with a guy who dreess as a chef w/ tags hanguing of his chef jacket...anyways bad place bad food bad service the waiter was on pills.. the mexican guy behind the line was picking his nose..the place is very wierd.just the owner is the only who can call his place better than i-hop or sam seltzers..one more thing...he ask my friend from the softball the to be his partner..no respect for him as customer.. hes former chef told me that the owner , when some meat or steak goes bad..hi boiled for hour hours to make soup or something else..bad place..hahaha better than the barnhills.hahahhaa. more

The first time that we went to the Red Bliss restuarant to try it we went for breakfast. It was outsatnding! The food was hot & fresh & tasty. It is so reasonable priced. $4.99 w/ your choice of 2 sides. You can't beat it! t was served in pretty good sized portions that we had breakfast for the next day! We retruned for dinner one evening and I had the prime rib. It was cooked to perfection. I have ranted and raved to all my friends and family. It is a must try. Much better than IHOP or Sam Seltzer's! Pros: The service and food are superb Cons: A local family restuarant, not a lot of marketing. more

Red Bliss is a great place to take your family, significant other or your friends to have a nice night out for a juicy steak, a drink from the bar or just to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. It's clean, the food is excellent, the prices are fair and the staff was nothing but courteous and professional. I highly recommend this much needed addition to the Pasco community. Pros: Beautiful and Relaxing Atmosphere. more
