I wish I read zombie9's review before I placed an online order with these frauds. The immediately charged my credit card, so i thought my merchandise (2 pairs of pants) would be forthcoming. WRONG!!! Over a month has gone by and my order still reads ""processing"" on the website. I have emailed them at least 20 times, called and left over a dozen voicemails, first to inquire about the status, then to ask for a refund. To date I have gotten no response to any of my requests. I have notified my credit card company, and as I live in CT perhaps my next step is to contact the AG or some other law enforcement. This website is a total fake RUN AWAY!!! more

I wouldnt touch this place with a M-19 3/2/2010

I would stay away from these guys at all costs. I ordered a Magpul UBR from them in March of 2009, they charged my credit card over 250.00, told me they had it on back order, and I still haven't received my order or my money back as of 3/2/10, even though I've asked to be refunded over 10 times. The customer service was great, until I asked to be reimbursed, now they wont even respond to my emails. Like I said before, avoid this company like the plague. Pros: great customer service...until you cancel your order Cons: rip off artists more
