I am a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor, serving those with injuries and special populations in my home based, equipped studio. I am also a functional certified health coach with a bachelors in Nutrition and foods, serving to get to the bottom of people’s health problems. I help those who can’t lose weight or have chronic issues, find solutions to their desired health outcomes.
