Formerly a client of Jon Ric, I wasn't happy with their hair cuts and feel of the salon. For the price, felt like it should be near perfect. I knew Bethany from my time as a client at JR and heard she was good. I gave her a try and was very happy! She spent a lot of time on my hair cut and color and loved the atmosphere at RE! Not only do they offer you diffused water as you check in, but the salon and med spa is one of the prettiest in Charlotte! Very unique with lots of finishing touches and the staff is much friendlier and professional than my previous salon! The prices are also better! I would recommend RE Salon and Bethany. She did a great job and I am pleased! more

Best Salon in Charlotte! 8/10/2011

If you just moved to Charlotte and you are looking for the best upscale salon, Re Salon & Spa is THE place for you. I moved to Charlotte 6 years ago. I finally found a great upscale salon after 2 years of research. Unfortunately, my hair stylist left the place. She personally referred me to Jesse at Re Salon & Spa. I thought: ""Well, he must be pretty good if she is referring me to someone from another salon""!!! Jesse did an amazing job. I can't wait to go back. more

Finally!!! 5/18/2011

Best. Salon. Ever. Been looking for a salon since I moved to Charlotte and finally I've found it! Got a manicure my first visit and it was quite the experience. It's not like any manicure you'll receive anywhere. It's so personal and special. And they carry all the hottest new shades. Second visit was to fix a cut I got at InSync salon. Gigi was recommended by a co-worker and I'm so glad I took her recommendation. Not only did Gigi listen to what I originally wanted, she made my cut even better than what I thought I wanted. I actually enjoy doing my hair now. She also recommended some product that I absolutely love...and I'm a product whore! Run....don't walk to Re Salon!! They've done wonders to the old firehouse and you won't believe the services they provide. Officially my go to salon in Charlotte!! more

Loved it. 1/27/2011

I am new to Charlotte - pretty picky when it comes to spas and salons and I loved this place! I got my hair cut by Jesse. He was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and stuck to the plan. I also had my eyebrows done there. I am a fanatic about my eyebrows and have never let anyone wax my eyebrows before. I prefer threading but couldn't find anyone in Charlotte who I trusted to the job. Jesse referred me Elizabeth - I felt comfortable and trusted his judgement. She did them and they looked awesome! I was instantly hooked and scheduled my next appointment immediately. more

Re Salon and Med Spa 1/6/2011

Re salon and med spa was the most awsome experience. The atmoshphere is so relaxing and calming. The staff were very helpful and knowlegeable in everything from fillers to laser and facial treatments. I love the product they carry too. They have Image and Obaji skin care product. The best part of going to Re is that you can get everything done in one place. I had my facial and then went downstairs and had my hair done and a manicure and pedicure all while drinking a nice glass of wine. It can't get any better. more

Found my favorite stylist and love the new place!! 1/6/2011

I have been getting my hair cut with Jesse for about two years. He use to work at Carmen Prestige but I found him at Re after he moved. He gives the most amazing fun cuts that grow out so well. It's nice to have a stylist that is really excited about cutting your hair and gives you advice on ways to change things up. He educated me on product and the new salon is so amazing. They gave me a glass of wine and a hot towel wrap at the shampoo bowl. The place is so beautiful and everyone was so helpful. I went back for a facial with Katie and she was awesome. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and she knew so much about skin care. Go check them out!!! more

Phenomenal! 1/6/2011

I had the most amazing experience at Re salon and Spa! First of all I am blonde and I have been searching for years for someone who can give my blonde a natural look, take me lighter, and keep the health of my hair... Autumn did that!! Not only did Autumn listen to what I wanted but added her own personal touch. I was amazed, my color was perfect and my hair was healthy and shiney afterwards. Then because the tone of my hair was different she asked in I needed my brows tinted as well. I had never done this before, but one of the estheticians , Elisabeth, tinted my brows to compliment my color perfectly and to top it off she tried some new make-up colors on me and I loved them!!! I love this salon! I have received soo many compliments since my time at Re, I will never go anywhere else! more

Amazing Place! You'll never want to leave! 12/19/2010

My friend and I went to Re spa yesterday for facials and had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our spa day was remarkable. We arrived a few minutes before our appointments and we were escorted to a waiting area called the Serenity room which is filled with plush couches, blankets, and we were served wine and hot tea. When it was time for my appointment, Trent took me into the facial room and discussed my skin and what areas I wanted to improve. I had the signature hour long Re spa facial and I could not be happier with the results. After our facials my friend and I went back to the Serenity room where we relaxed with wine and cheese. It was a perfect way to spend the day. I can't wait to go back and try the Jet facial next month. I've been to quite a few spas and I am blown away with how beautiful the space is and how great the people are! more
