Raynor Door Company

After using and referring out this company for 10 years, I regret to warn everyone not to leave anything of value in the garage, I was robbed right before my eyes and didn't figure it out until I went out to get something I needed. The service guy came in said it would take 1hour. What I didn't realize was what I thought were his things were mine being carried out one at a time into his Van.\r When I came out to the garage to check on things 20 minutes later the part was already install. Why was Phil Kubik putting hardwood flooring back in his Van? Or pipe insulation under his arm which he dropped behind pieces of drywall laying against the wall. These among opening cabinets and lots of other things he moved and went through.\r I recalled several months ago approaching one of their trucks to get some information and tel# s to have some service done and the their own worker said to me make sure you watch out for this guy along with another guys names he mention. I just had my second carriage door installed by Raynor door in Northfield, Il. I have to say, every business be as professional as these guys. From the get-to, they listened to what my wife and I were looking for. No pressure, just good product info to help me make a decision. We ended up going for a hard to find finish...and they delivered. The place looks great. My wife calls the doors the "earrings" on our house, lol! more

Raynor Door Company has just been so wonderful. I love them! I wrote a letter with the check when I sent it in and there it is on their wall, telling everyone how much I love Raynor Doors! I think they're wonderful. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and so sweet. My son had a really bad accident while it was all going on, and they were all so kind and sensitive. I came home to find my garage door off track and unable to open or shut. I called Raynor in desperation to see if they could come out today and fix it (I didn't want to leave my car out on the street over night). They were able to squeeze me in that same day and before I knew it, they were at my doorstep. It was less than an hour between the time I called and the time they arrived. The service man was courteous and very knowledgeable - he found the problem quickly and fixed it in less than an hour. What an incredible company!!!!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
