My husband and I are looking to trade in our Ford F150 for a used Chevy Silverado. We are repeat customers at Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch and saw one on their lot that suited our needs. We were quoted an ""out the door"" price that was more than the budget we had set. The next day we returned to Raymond Chevrolet to compare the difference between buying a new ""work truck"" and the Silverado. We were told the Silverado had been sold and they would not give us an out the door price on a new truck unless we agreed to buy it on the spot. A week later the Silverado was still sitting on the lot. We went in and said if it was available we'd take it for the price they had quoted us. Our sales person Marcus said the vehicle was available, but that our Ford had decreased nearly $3000.00 in value in one week. We wasted 6 hours of our time with these con artists and will never do business with them again!
