Very good experience 3/4/2014

Ray the Painter were good guys who were very prompt. I had a couple of bathrooms and they removed wallpaper and painted the walls. They also tended to mold spots on the walls. It was a two-day job and they were very prompt, really good about cleaning up, and taking care of everything. I was there the whole time and I thought they were really good. more

Very professional and well organized. 3/3/2014

We had a very positive experience with everyone from Ray the Painter. We had them re-texture our old popcorn ceilings. From the first time I called, everyone was very knowledgeable. Everyone was on the same page, from the people at the office to the people that came to my house. It was very refreshing. I would recommend them! more

Pleasant experience 2/28/2014

I needed a new paint job since my home had not been painted in about 12 years. When the gentlemen from 'Ray the Painter' came out to do the job, I was impressed with their professional air and their attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant time having them work on my place. more

Fine experience 2/25/2014

Working with Ray the Painter was a really good experience. The gentleman did a superb job, was responsive and respectful. However, I did notice that about 2 weeks after the paint had dried, there were a few spots where they had dripped some paint. I wasn't too bothered by it so I feel they did a fine job. more

Professional Extraordinaire! 1/4/2014

Professionalism sums up my experience with Ray the Painter. When I called to discuss my painting needs, an appointment was made for the estimator to come see the project. He was on time, and emailed his estimate by the end of the day. It was within my budget. The painters were scheduled and showed up on time in clean clothing and ready to work. They were efficient and finished early. Later, we received a nice note and clever card thanking us for our business. I am impressed with the organization and recommend their work. more

We had a problem that no painter i called had ever heard of. Several painters turned down the complicated job. Ray The Painter accepted, and they took on the challenge. Not only did they do a great job, but they fixed the unique problem! more

They did a good job and responded well to my concerns. 11/19/2013

Ray the Painter painted five rooms in the house. They did two bathrooms where they had to strip wallpaper off first. Everything went well. They were all pleasant and focused on their job. They were professionals and they did what they were supposed to do. The only thing that we had difficulty on was the time estimate. They told me they would get it done over two days and it stretched out to three or four. They sent only two people in the beginning and I think they underestimated the job. But once I told them about my concern, they addressed it and sent an increased crew following day. They responded to my concern. The rooms they painted look good. They did a good job. You can really tell because with the previous paint you could see lines and now those are gone. more

Easy to deal with and quality craftsmanship. 11/15/2013

My house was hit by a tornado. It tore the roof off and afterwards the inside walls had been stripped and the sheet rock was caving in. Ray the Painter came in after it had dried out and replaced the sheet rock, replaced the molding, and completely repainted. The process with them was very easy. I had no problems. It looks fine; it's back to the way it was before the storm hit. The quality of their work is very good. more

Ray the Painter did some exterior painting for me. They came out and gave me an estimate first, then set up an appointment. The painters came when they said they were going to come, handled themselves very professionally, and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed with the overall professionalism. The job they did was just fantastic, as well. After they had done the painting, I ended up replacing one of the doors. I have already put a call in to have them come back and paint the new door to match everything else. more

We had some storm damage from the hail storm that went through here. We ended up having three ceilings painted plus some closets with Ray the Painter. The woman who came did a terrific job. We had no problems at all. She got right to work, did it, and cleaned up her mess. She made sure I was satisfied before she left and everything went great. My daughter had had service with them before and recommended them to us. The woman was very punctual. She came on time when she said she would be here and did a thorough job of cleaning up her mess. There wasn't much that I had to do after she left at all. more

A little disappointed 8/31/2013

The scheduled day someone was to come out and paint my piece of furniture I got a call early in the morning and said that person was sick. I had already planned to be home that day . Someone showed up the next day and I had already planned to be away. When I got home my piece needed to be more "distressed". The painter sent pics by phone but it was very hard to tell in the pictures. So I was disappointed when I got home. more

The guy from Ray the Painter who did the painting in our game room had to apply several coats because we had new drywall. He just kept painting and painting until it was covered right. He used good Sherwin-Williams paint, too. more

Quality work done on schedule. 8/19/2013

I was not in Oklahoma City, so I have not physically seen the work or anything that Ray the Painter did. I have gotten some pictures from the person who manages the property for me. I've got no complaints about their timeliness and getting the job done. Ray the Painter did some exterior painting of a small house for me. The only reason I would rate them down is because it cost me money. I feel like they came highly recommended to me and I think the work was done on schedule, expeditiously, and that they did a quality job. more
