I called the Ray Varner Quick Lane and asked if I needed an appointment for an oil change and was told ""no appointment necessary"". I thought to myself, ""I bet it will take hours"", but no! I entered the Quick Lane and was promptly greeted and they seemed kinda busy. Mark wrote my vehicle up and I had a seat in the lounge. Within 10 minutes my name was called, the shop had found some items that needed some attention. I didn't have time to do all of them and I did not feel pressured to do so. I did get my tires rotated though. I was out in under 30 minutes and the cost was very resonable. I would highly recommend the Quick Lane at Ray Varner Ford for and of your vehicle needs. Thanks guys! more

I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere besides Ray Varner. The service advisors and technicians are are very plesant to work with and always fix it the first time. I would definitely recommend the Ray Varner Service Dept to everyone!! more
