This place should be avoided at all costs, they prey on the military personnel in the area. When I purchased my car prior to being transferred the original agreement fell through (on their end) so I told them to cancel the transaction completely. They begged me for a couple of weeks and I said that I was leaving in 1 week but i still agreed. After transfering I deployed and received an email from my wife stating that Ray Carter had fixed everything, so when I returned home my vehicle was actually there. 2 years later I paid the vehicle off and received my purchase contract and was amazed to find that the contract had been re-written and my signature and initials were all forged, and even for a date when I was already in Hawaii, and in the same pen used by the dealership (not the brightest crooks in the world). Now they will not correct the problem nor will they even acknowledge any of my emails. This place is a disgrace and must be avoided.
Pros: kias are good cars
Cons: dealership should be shut down
