Best Hair Stylist in San Antonio! 8/24/2011

I have been going to Anna for about 4 years now. I have never been to the same stylist for 4 consecutive appointments, much less for 4 years! Anna always gives a great haircut, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, she will work with you until you are satisfied. I consider Anna not just a hairdresser, but a friend, too. more

Exceptional color and highlights 8/12/2011

I met Anna several years ago at a very well known salon here in San Antonio and stayed with her when she first went out on her own. She makes you feel like your her best client and always is honest with me about staying current with my hair. Capturing great color has always been a challenge for me. Anna gets it right every time. She only carries the best hair care products. I finally have healthy hair that I can actually style at home with success. I have an appointment set up every 4 weeks for the next 4 months. Can't live with out her! more

After a lifetime of bad haircuts,Anna found me while she was volunteering at a non-profit to help low income women. She has a big heart and really listens to people. You will comfortable with her and her staff very quickly. more

No one better 7/10/2011

I have seen Anna in actions since 2005 and since then I have seen what she can do with hair (short & long) and color. She has been cutting my hair for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. There is not a week that goes by that I don't get at least 4 compliments on my hair. When it was short I got at least one compliment on my hair a day. It was PERFECT! The color the cut, everything. I am in the process of growing it out and even now she keeps it looking stylish and fun. Anna has talent, heart, creativity, and communicates well to achieve the look you want. I know of at least 5 people who have started going to her since seeing how phenomenal my hair and color look. Even men! I look forward to my time at RAW because I get more than just good service, I have a wonderful experience with someone who I have now grown to love as a friend. I couldn't be happier with the new salon! It's so warm and welcoming and you can feel it was put together with love! It's perfect for RAW. Go to RAW, I PROMISE you that you will not be disappointed. I honestly believe after you go once the only disappointment you'll have is if you choose to go somewhere else after and realize you're wasting your money and other places are just not as impressive. I can't thank you ladies enough for all the effort and talent that goes into my hair every time I visit! I am glad to have the honor of watching someone with so much talent and heart make her dream come a reality. more

I love my hair! 6/9/2011

I have been with Anna for 3 years now. We have been through long, short, pink, blond, brown, and everything in between. My mom, sister, boyfriend, boyfriend's mother, and friends have gone to Anna. She is creative and such a professional. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. Simply the best in town! more

Anna is a true professional.....incredible stylist, smart businesswoman and trusted friend. Anna has cut, colored and highlighted both my daughters and my hair for four years so I know first hand that she is experienced with both long and short styles. She gives each client her undivided attention and continually takes classes to keep up with the latests trends and new products. Thanks to Anna I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. A visit to Raw Hair Studio is always a delightful and satisfying experience! more

Anna did my hair and she is wonderful! I have curly hair and it is so difficult to find someone who can work with it but she did great!! Love the location very easy to get to! Great service altogether! I would highly recommend this place if you want a nice relaxing atmosphere, experience, and a wonderful outcome! more

Fabulous stylist! 5/13/2011

Anna has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 7 years now. She always asks me what I want, but most of the time I ask her what would look good for me. She always delivers! I walk out with shiny, healthy looking hair and a great haircut. She really knows her stuff and keeps up with current trends and styles. She's very easy to talk to and an appointment with Anna turns out to be a true relaxing experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Anna has been doing my hair for more than 4 years. She takes her time and always gets my style right. When I leave the hair studio, I want to be seen. Complete strangers comment on my beautiful hair! You cannot know the full potential of your hair, unless Anna is styling it. more

The best with REALLY thick hair 4/7/2011

I have been going to Anna for over three years. My hair is super-thick and I always tell Anna ""thin the heck out of it"" and she does it perfectly every time. In addition, Anna has great instincts. Sometimes I have ideas for cuts or color and Anna's guidance and advice is always spot on! Also, there are times I land in her chair and have no idea what I want and she is so good at suggesting something that makes me feel transformed but never uncomfortable with the end result. Usually after I've been going to a stylist for three years, they start to slack off and get comfortable doing your hair. Not Anna. She holds herself to a level of excellence for every customer....every time. I can't say enough good stuff about Anna. If you are looking for stylist...call her now! more

Genius with short hair! 4/4/2011

For those of you with short hair, you know that it is hard to find someone who can make your hair flirty and fun. Anna has been cutting and hi-lighting my hair for 5 years, and I will never go to anyone else again! I love that I can walk in and say ""I don't know what I want, but make it fun!"" and she will give me an amazing cut every time! Anna is so passionate about hair, and it shows in every cut! I have people stop me in the grocery store to compliment my cut and color almost every week! If you want an amazing hair dresser, you HAVE to go see Anna! more

Best curly hair dresser!! 4/4/2011

If you have curly hair you know how hard it is to find someone who knows how to cut your hair without making you look like a dandilion gone to seed. Well, Anna is that person. Your search is over. She is a miracle worker with curly hair. I have been to countless hairdresser's in all different price points but I knew the moment I met Anna that I had found someone that really understood hair and curly hair in particular. I have recommended her to several people with all with different types of hair. They all say the same thing. ""Why have I not seen her before? This is amazing"". Until you have your hair cut by Anna you don't know how great your hair could be. Not only is she great with your hair she is a great person. She truly cares about people and wants to make sure you look and feel your best. I can't say enough. Anna is amazing. more

Slice of Heaven in a hairdresser.... 3/29/2011

My first visit to Anna, over eight years ago, was life changing. I had finally found a hairdresser that knew how to cut my challenging hair, give highlights that look very natural and was a joy to talk with. Never in my life have I received as many compliments as I do. Still - eight years later & many different styles later. Anna is the whole package. She is incredibly talented at what she does, she really cares about her clients and truly enjoys getting to know you. Making people feel good about themselves is her lifes work, her passion & I go so far as to say her ministry. What a gift God has given Anna!! Many women start to feel not as beautiful as they get older, thanks to Anna, I've never felt more beautiful in my life. Thank you Anna for all you do. - KF more
