I first heard of this place when I saw The Resturant reality show and I gotta say probably the only good thing to come out of the TV show is finding Randazzo's! Everytime I come to Florida I make sure I come to eat here :) Great stuff more

The food in this restaurant is so good. Those meatballs are to die for. But I have to admit the highlight of my night was seeing the prettiest women I have seen while on my trip to miami this girl had the cutest little body she looked about 25, with blonde hair .wow miami women are to die for.. But to my disappointment as I walked out I asked her what her name was something with a m and later found out it was the owners marcs wife. Oh well I will still come back for the food ..I guess in miami u need a good set of meatballs to score a hottie like that more

what a find!!! 9/5/2009

We have heard about this place and decided to drop in on a Friday night. No wait, no hassles, no pretentious people. The food does the talking for Mark! What an Owner/Chef. His dishes are HUGE. He is also part of the experience as he calls out the orders and livens the dining room as he roams passing out fresh ravioli and his sense of humor. We can not wait to go Back. I had the chefs' special: A HUUGGE PORK CHOP . We also had Pasta , Sea BASS and Chicken. All of it was so well prepared and VERY VERY FRESH. . We will be back very soon with a bigger appetite Pros: everything is over the top more

Ate at Randazzo's last night and it was like being in New York's Little Italy. The atmosphere was typical NY with photos of all the great Italian icons... Sinatra, Pacino, Stallone, Bobby D, etc. The food was AWESOME!!! You got to try the Pasta with Sunday gravy... huge meatballs that melt in your mouth like butter. The Italian bread is the best, thick crust and doughy middle. And the Cannolis are to die for!!! Oh, I forgot, one of the highlights of the evening was when Marc Randazzo, one of the owners and renowned boxer, came by our table to say Hello. more

best meatballs ever! 7/17/2009

If you drive past this resturant on Le Jeune Road and blink you might miss it. the service was great and extremely quick. the food was awesome, and I'm the last person to want to try a new italian resturant. Pros: waiters/atmosphere Cons: location (it's too hidden) more

Sat here now close to exploding after a great meal. From the excellent valet (who offered the use of the brolly to get us to the doors of the restaurant) to the friendly greet staff, first impression was good. Upstairs was roomy, no bumping into the next table when seated. Music was perhaps a twee bit too loud, but hardly offensive. Quick attendance of staff, drinks were on table together with wonderfully tasty bread and oil/peppers dip. Was hard to resist filling out on bread. Starter salad was on table quickly. VERY tasty salad. Girlfriend sat next to me saw and tasted my salad and decided to get one too, it arrived promptly, and was well received. Main courses were well received by all. Meatballs are something to behold, fantastic tomato sauces on all dishes. Personal order was the ravioli, that also had the tasty sauce. Everyone at table filled up by the main course, and all agreed was great. Pudding I took a chance and instead of my usual cheesecake, I went for the tiramisu. I was not disappointed, in fact, it's THE best tiramisu I've ever tasted, melt in the mouth wonderful. Our fellow dinners went for the chocolate cake and I've never seen a bigger slice on a plate before, very generous. Overall, an exceedingly pleasant dining experience and I look forward to going again. Prices matched the quality of food and service in my opinion, there's probably cheaper italian restaurants about, but I'm not sure they could match the overall quality here. I will be back again, soon I hope. more

Ok, I almost licked the plate after finishing the calamari with gorgonzola sauce. O-M-G. And the mozzarella sticks (or actually, mozzarella gigantic cylinders), were also amazing. Would have never imagined such common food would be sooo deli. Not your usual blah chewy sticks. Oooh nope. Place is crowded and noisy, which goes perfect with the Sinatra songs in the background. Honestly, I felt I was back in Italy. Yum. more

Love it 4/7/2009

I haven't actually been to the new location so maybe the small venue---big demand has been addressed. Although the ambiance was awesome in the old locale so I can't even complain about the cons. I love that it has a story behind it...the ex-boxer bringing his family style Italian to those lucky few of us in Coral Gables area. Here's my disclaimer, I am not a big Italian food fan but I'm married to one. And eating at Randazzos is not a compromise...its great no matter what and everyone we take there raves about it, including Italians. Favs...Randazzos salad...the meatballs...warning they are huge. Penne pasta w. meatball and sausage...no choice is a bad choice. Pros: Great Family Style Italian Food Cons: Small Venue---Big Demand more
