After having an unpleasant experience with a competitor in Pekin, I called Ralph's to see if they could repair some carpet damage so I could list my home. Ralph came right over for an estimate and the job was done THAT AFTERNOON. I'm not guaranteeing they can give everyone such immediate service, but I can't thank the friendly staff enough for helping me in my time of need. I won't go anywhere else!! more

Great Pricing on Floor Coverings 6/5/2005

Ralph's is located right across from Sunnyland plaza in Washington. They have a moderate selection of carpet, hardwood, vinyl and other floor coverings. They do offer installation and delivery. I have found that their prices are slightly lower when compared to other carpet places in the area. more
