Not only was Dr. Grigg rude by interrupting me every time I tried to speak (I took my 16 year old daughter to see him for depression) but he also changed my daughter's medication to a dangerous combination that ended up putting her in an inpatient hospital to add correct medicine and reregulate her system. On top of this, his office staff wrote our next appointment time down incorrectly on my receipt and charged a $200 missed appointment fee to a card they didn't have authorization to use! (I paid their therapist with this card-not the doctor-and they took it upon themselves to charge it without authorization.) When I called them to reverse the charge and correct their error, they refused and I had to dispute it with my bank. They are a SHADY practice with unethical financial policies and Dr. Grigg almost made my daughter suicidal with his poor decisions in her change of medication.
