I have never sold/pawned anything before so I thought the whole experience of selling my unwanted/broken gold jewelry would be a little awkward because I really needed the money and didn't know much about gold or the whole process. When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly face and my transaction happened quickly, at a time convienent for me and it was in a professional atmosphere. The person who helped me was friendly, told me about the company first and then examined my pieces and explained what each was worth. I went in to trade in some gold rings I had. It ended up that what I had was not worth as much as I expected. James was great and didn't push me into selling as the items were somewhat sentimental and I needed to really consider it. In the end I ended up not selling, but made a great contact instead.
