Best	The staff is friendly The staff is friendly, organized and clean- we were very comfortable leaving our four Bichons at Raintree Pet Resort during our vacation away!

Raintree has always been wonderful 9/20/2013

I am a winter visitor to Phoenix. When I travel I always use Raintree Pet Resort. My golden, Bo, is older, and has some health issues and Raintree has always been wonderful about managing his medication. He always has a great time and gets the extra special care that he needs. more

This place is wonderful for my dogs who go mostly 2 days a week. I have been to many other locations through out the area and I have never come across such nice DOG people. They give me updates when I pick them up and I would recommend this resort as a dog friend place. They are not caged and allowed to roam the area's outside that also includes a pool! more

This resort has saved my state of mind after a long and stressful day. The way they take care of my dog, Max is incredible. They take pictures of him when he is in the pool. They know when to separate Max and just let me play with the toys (still outside) but sometimes he is just having a day that he want s to play with his BALL and nothing else. They know his moods and when he wants to be alone and when he wants to play with others. This resort is BY FAR, BY FAR the best pet resort. Believe me, I check up on him during the day - sometimes when they do not even know it. My dog is outside having a blast and there are always employees outside with him and the other dogs. more

My dog stayed at this resort for the first time over spring break. We really enjoyed the experience and play to use this resort again next when we vacation over the summer. When I picked up my baby, she was clean and happy. During her stay, she enjoyed special treats, all day play with other dogs and received a bath before her departure. When we picked her up, the front desk staff gave us ADORABLE pictures of her with her "new friends." I learned that Raintree also offers "doggie daycare" so my dog can come play with her friends anytime without having to board overnight. This resort is truly top of the line. All of the staff was friendly and personable. I could tell that they really saw how special my precious dog was and truly bonded with her. more

They certainly know their dogs 8/6/2013

My dog is rested and very clean when I pick him up and at any given time - they know what he has been up to during the day. I am MAJORLY paranoid of anyone taken care of Max and IF, I felt at ANY time that Max was NOT taken care of or loved...we would move on. They certainly know their dogs...the staff are NOT that young...they are basically in their twenties and upwards. They know my dog and he is always happy to see them and he does not look back once I drop him off for his 3 days a week play time. I have come by during the day - and looked in the fence to see Max...and I do this probably each day Max is in attendance (again 3 full days a week) without letting them know...and Max always appears to be absolutely fine!! more

I know my pets are well cared for when I board them at Raintree. It is a 45 minute drive for me, but I haven't found anywhere else I can trust my family's pets. more

Raintree Pet Resort truly is where “pets go on vacation!” It features a separate cattery with a salt water aquarium, spacious deluxe suites for dogs, a private critter room, medical center on site, and a backyard wonderland which has a splash pad, in ground heated swimming pool and multiple grassy play yards. With state of the art technology and equipment and experienced, certified medical staff, Raintree Pet Medical Center is prepared for a wide array of pet’s needs. We offer dentistry, general surgery, laser light therapy, nutritional coaching, and wellness exams from birth to geriatric stages. Our main goal is to provide exceptional and personal service, care + safety for you and your pet!
