This place is very deceiving, they first lour you in with a low rent, but hit you with a huge $150.00 to $200.00 dollars rent increasement on the first renewal. Since you just moved in and you are barely settled in, you decided to take it like a champ and renew this please has a few good this but many, MANY, MANY bad things.
Lets do the good things first
Good:
1.- Ok small pets
2.- Well groomed grounds
3.- Fast repair service (you will be using them ""A lOT ""
4.- Close to shopping and entertainment
5.- Close to freeways
6.- Tennis courts
7.- Fitness center
The bad:
1.- Horrible parking situation you need to rent a carport for every car you have,if you have more than 2 you will find yourself driving around for 30 to 45 minutes to get a spot if you come home after 5 pm on weekends parking its a luxury
2.-The walls and the ceilings are paper thin, you can hear your upstairs neighbor and your side neighbor very , very clearly if you have a jerk leaving on top of you you will complain to the office on a regular basis but the office wont do anything about it. You will be able to hear your neighbors TV, drawers, steps and if they have a dog you will have pee on your patio furniture and hear they dog running up and down all day long.
3.-The office staff are a joke. if you like to deal with teenagers to solve your problems then you wont have a problem.
4.-Spiders everywhere if you leave your shoes outside to dry after a rainy day you will find a Black or Brown widow in your shoes. Patio furniture will be full of them in a matter of days.
5.-Barbecues are not allowed in your patios
6.-Dog poop everywere
7.-Cheap Cheap fixtures through out the apartment
8.-Hard water
9.-They will banned you out from your carport for days on end to make repairs 3 to 4 times a year.
10.-They do site repairs about 3 times a year. having all kinds of contractors with their vehicles all over the complex
11.-If you are an early bird you wont mind the 7 to 8 am cleaning and the trash truck pulling in trash container in and out.
12.-The pools are OK if you don't mind shearing it with a birthday party or a gang of non resident drinking poolside.
You might say this is just an angry ex-tenant, yes I am but I'm also writing the truth and telling you that you most definitely will regret moving in, the location is very appealing but its not worth you privacy, peace and happiness.
