I had heard the rumour over the summer of a pill bust up at Jacqueline's and I really didn't believe it until now-after my ppedicure and massage.I swear both my "professionals" were high as kites! The 'girl' giving my pedicure was loopy as hell-she kept jabbing my foot with her fingernails and going on and on about herself.The massage guy was stoned as they come looking-was in a big hurry and nervous-spooky acting.It creeped me out.Don't they drug-test anymore?I don't think I'll chance it again there. more

Couple I babysit for got me one of their spa packages and it was the best experience ever. The staff was very helpful and Stella, who did my facial was wonderful. I had bad acne and since going to them for a couple of months, my acne is completely cleared up. I also went and got a bikini wax later on and was very nervous, but after meeting the lady that does the waxing I was much calmer. She is very professional, like the rest of the staff I have encountered, and that made the experience much more bearable. Will definitely continue to go there for waxing and massages. more

OK, I finally got my nerve up to have a Brazilian bikini wax. I was a little scared, but my husband kept nudging me on - I guess the guys really like this concept. Any way I scheduled an appointment with Ms. Jacqueline at Radiante Jacqueline Day Spa. Since I am new to Pensacola, I inquired to find out the best place to go and this is where I was sent by several trusted sources. When I checked in I was given an option to use 'No Scream Cream' a local anesthetic, so I did. It took about 20 minutes to activate, then the final moment. It was not totally pain free, but it was a lot less painful than I had worked myself up for...Now I am in my skinniest bikini and ready for the beach. I'm going back next week for the 'Instant Spray Tan'. Bring on the Summer!! more

My wonderful husband recently gave me a gift certificate to Radiante Jacqueline Day Spa, and I enjoyed every minute of it! I highly reccomend this very affordable retreat. The facility is beautiful, the service was great, and the staff was friendly. I have requested this again for the next time he wants to buy a gift for me. I don't need another thing, but the time for me is priceless. more

I spent the afternoon at Radiante Jacqueline DaySpa. What a wonderful and enjoyable experience. I have experienced other small, local spas across the country and this one was the best by far. The ambience is friendly and warm. The spa itself, which is an old home, is quite charming. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and uplifting The services were very relaxing and refreshing for my mind, body and spirit. The service fees were reasonable and I definately intend on returning for the experience again on a regular basis. more

This spa is overpriced and you don't get your money's worth. The massage was torture (the young man did not know what he was doing) and I ended up being in pain the next day. The manicure and pedicure were rushed and as a result were of poor quality (I was the last client of the day and it was obvious that the woman was in a hurry to get out of there). The facial was actually FANTASTIC, it was first, which made the rest of the experience more bearable. Ask for Stella (I wouldn't trust anyone else there to do a facial). The receptionist was rude and completely ignored me when I went up to pay. Not worth the money at all. more

I was fortunate enough to have been given a gift certificate to Radiante Jacqueline Day Spa. It was a a delightful experience! The setting of this beautiful spa in the historical East Hill neighborhood, transports you to a slower pace. The staff is knowledgeable, the retail shop is great, and my services were very relaxing. The pricing is reasonable and I will definitely be back for more. more

When I first moved to Pensacola a couple of years ago I was pregnant. My husband got me a pre-mommy mother's day gift of a certificate for a massage (they have a pregnancy pillow which makes it wonderful for expectant women), a pedicure and a manicure. I had a wonderful time and I loved it. The massage was especially wonderful, I could hardly walk at first I was so relaxed. Luckily I had a manicure and pedicure next so I didn't have to drive right away. I was new to town so I figured I would give the hair salon a try too and I called and made an appointment. I had heard from the manicurist that one of the stylists was good so I tried to make an appointment with her and was told she quit. I guess all the stylists had quit ( I found out later) so I just said I would go with whoever they recommended. The stylist who cut my hair was very nice. The hair salon area was not comfortable at all. There were no windows and it seemed like it was just a large storage closet converted into a salon. The chairs were not in good condition and it was just not an enjoyable area to be in. The stylist I got was the one who told me the others had quit and they just hired her and another lady. She said they dictated the prices she had to charge which turned out to be outrageous for what I got done. I had a haircut and partial foil and I can't remember the exact amount but it was extremely expensive. The cut was ok but not great and the highlights were barely visible. When I got home my husband said, I thought you were going to get it lightened too? I ended up having to drive all the way back there for her to fix the cut because she did not do it like I asked the first time. This day spa is just too expensive for what it delivers as far as the services I had done. I did not have any facial care services done so I can't comment on that. For the hype and the expense I expected top of the line service and they did not deliver. more

The prices here may seem expensive but they do very good work. They cleaned out my pores and washed my face and it was sooo soft afterwards and my face was NOT irritated. Which is hard to find. Most places i go to my face is bright red afterwards.. not here. I love this place. more

Radiante jacqueline day spa AC Nail and spa offers massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, designer cuts, corrective color, body waxing and more. They have a friendly staff. It's a perfect get away for busy moms. They are located in Pensacola Florida not far from the malls. They did my sister's hair and nails for her wedding. It looked great. more
