Yesterday...Had a torsion spring break and could not open the garage door. Today...Spoke to Jake the Gen Mgr and got a good competitive price match for the repair. He dispatched technician DJ who arrived within an hour. DJ was such the friendly giant....courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to answer all my questions regarding existing and new parts and installation. In about half an hour, the repair was completed. This was my first time using RW Garage Doors, but the brief interaction, their friendly demeanor and knowledge has left a very positive impression and a happy customer.
