I was very impressed with the knowlege and professional attitude of the people I talked to at the office (Ashley) and the plummer that came too my house (Jonathan). Even thought it was a small problem that I just did not want to deal with he did not make me feel like an idiot. He took care of the problem explained everything to me and cleaned up after he was finished. Also they gave me a bottle of Residential drain care pipe shield it's organic won't harm pet's or kid's. This is a 5 star business! more

You can rely on the experts at Roto-Rooter for your plumbing problems. Our tech, Jose was professional in appearance & demeanor. He patiently answered all our questions during our FREE estimate. We made an appointment to complete the work for the next day. He arrived on time with an assistant. They again were professional and answered even more questions. They got right down to work and kept us posted as to what was being done. They even allowed us to watch the camera view of the completed job. We recommend them to anyone. more

My toilet was clogged up and I called Roto-Rooter. It took almost no time for Jared to fix it! I also got the military discount -- which really helped. Friendly and fast! more

Prompt and friendly service. Explained what the work entailed and confirmed we understood work and the cost. Very professional and knowledgable. I am glad I called when our downstairs bathroom flooded from backed up outside drain (at 6:00 a.m.) Highly recommend. more
