In the course of my garage door purchase and installation I worked with Ken Traxler, Senior Sales Rep,. Brian and Janelle in the office, Abraham, installer, and Christian, Master Technician. Everyone was super polite and committed to excellence in customer service and in their products. RW Garage went above the call of duty because they had to work around a vehicle stored in my garage - which they did by arranging for a two-man team of installers at no extra charge. Abraham and Christian both took time to talk me through maintance procedures and give me tips to extend the life of my door and motor.I did some cost comparisons before making the purchase from GW and I feel I saved about $300. The warranties on their service, the steel door and motor are excellent. I love me new steel door and couldn't be happier. more

R W Garage Doors came over sooner than I expected, and they got it done sooner than I thought too. I called them up to check on the door. It's a small door, only a 10 footer, and it didn't have an opener. To get it replaced, they said it might take 6 weeks, as it might have to be custom-made, but they found one that fit and got it installed the next day. It only took a couple of days from the first call to get it done, so they were real quick. more

R W Garage Doors have always been great to work with! They have been great with our custom houses. They work with different materials, some are wood and others are fiberglass. Brett is the person I tend to work with and he has always taken really good care of our business needs, as well as our personal home needs. My experience is always great when I work with Brett! They are very accommodating and don't run you through the mill. They are pretty timely and are just easy to work with. more

This company was requested to give a estimate on a new garage door. My wife was home to received this quote instead she was charge for a service call 89 dollars. This is a disgrace!!!!! I only wish I had been home to tell your company to get off my property.When I called to complain about the tech taking advantage of my wife. I received a call from the tech he tried to say that he thought it was a service call and he needed to be paid for his time. This is outrageous!!! He did nothing to get 89 dollars. When I ask why his quote is double the cost of the other free quote I received. He had no answer. I have no quote for a new door only for fixing the door. Your company principle is a joke. Be Dependable--- never heard back from a manager about this situation Respect every individual- Your tech took advantage of woman because she was woman and black Customer Service comes first- Never heard back from a Manager about this issue Honest Communication- I never got a complete quote for the 89 dollars Establish Trust- Ripped us off Pursue Excellent- No written quote for a new door a verbal quote for a new doors Take Ownership- Never heard back Solve a problem Never heard back Be resulted oriented- Joke!!!! Great experience all around. Very prompt and professional from estimate to installation. Understand that mistakes are made, but as long as the company was honest about it, there's no reason to hold it against them. Job was completed first thing the following morning. more

I was interested specifically in carriage style doors to replace my garage doors, and looked at three or four potential companies. After receiving estimates, testimonials, and pictures of former jobs from them all, I ultimately chose R W Garage Doors. Not only were they in the right ball park price wise, but they also had done carriage doors previously for a number of clients. They were local, too, which I advocate when I can. From the time I committed, it took only three weeks to have to doors ready, and they were custom, hand-crafted wooden carriage doors. Three days after they were ready, R W were out to install them, so the entire process took only one month. The salesman who came out to the house initially was very personal and friendly, not to mention trusting and professional. The installers were nice guys, too. I had very high expectations going into this project, and I must say that R W exceeded them. These doors really set off the look of my home. After being told that an overhead, automatic garage door was not possible due to low ceilings by at least 3 door companies, we were thrilled that R W garage Co. said, "no problem". Christian and Jonathan did a great job with a very challenging project. The materials used are top quality--we are thrilled with the final product.
