From the minute I brought my car into R and S for an estimate I knew I was going with these guys. This was my first time ever needing collision repair and Stu (the guy in the front office) explained everything I needed to know. They did a great job repairing my car, I would say even better than new (as the car was used when I got it). I have recommended them to several people since, without hesitation.
Pros: good communication, great work, on time
Cons: none really, maybe location if you live outside of WestTonka
