On September 17th 2010 I picked up my new 2011 GMC K2500 from Quirk GMC in Manchester NH. I arrived before the sales department opened and walked around. I found that the service department was full of vehicles being worked on while the floors were being scrubbed with automated equipment, the showroom full with new vehicles of all types of GM products and a line at the parts department. This store was up and running well before 8 AM and fully engaged in the day’s business. I was amazed at the scope and size of the operation and all the new vehicles on the lot. Whenever I stopped to look around someone would ask if I needed any help finding anything. The sales department opened and I met with Tony Dillberg the General Manager and Michael Palmer the Finance Coordinator who walked me through all my paperwork. Then I got to see my truck go through some of the pre-delivery steps by three men and driven outside for me. All of the dash controls including ON STAR were gone over with me by Michael Palmer, Tim Larson and Dan Szopa. They even activated ON STAR which gave me step by step directions to go home and my new cell phone number. What an experience! This is the place to go to for your next vehicle.
