Quillin's Auto Service Inc.

Well as the owner of Quillin's Auto Service Inc. for over 25 years I must respond to the negative review listed in Citysearch. First of all, I was requested to tow this vehicle by police orders. Unfortunately these tows are never greeted with smiles. This was one of those unfortunate ones that no matter what I could have said to this individual, they didn't like it. Unfortunately the police caught the mother driving a vehicle illegally and the vehicle in this case was towed from the scene. Rates and rules are regulated by the local county commission. Our office hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Access before or after hours are subject to a gate fee (overtime). I have never denied access to a vehicle or enforced the gate fee if the person arrives up to a half hour after closing since I rarely leave the shop before 5:30pm. So her statement about 3:30pm and 4:00pm doesn't fly. So judge as you may, if I was really like this, I wouldn't be here for 25years plus and I wouldn't be on three police tow list. You can make some of the people happy some of the times but can't make all people happy all the time. more

I was SHOCKED my the way I was treated by this company. Mike was extremely rude. My mothers car was towed to her unknowingly driving without a license. I asked that the $25 fee charged after 3:30 p.m. be waived since I can only get there by 4 o'clock to get her car out of tow. He said he is storing the vehicle and will not at all. I asked why he had to be so rude and he claimed that it is not his job, he is to collected money, it's not his problem. I thanked him and hung up. more
