We had trouble with our nav.gps system. They updated the system. We didn't have a appointment but they said no problem , we were in and out in 35 minutes, and they washed the car more

Carlos is the ultimate gentleman and salesman. He listens to what you have to say and works hard to find what you are looking for. He knows his product better than any salesman we have ever worked with. He stayed late into the evening to ensure we left with our new truck and our new sync working. He is certainly an asset to Gary Yeoman Ford.\r On an additional note, the Gary Yeoman team really helped us through a tough time when immediately after the sale our home and your loaner truck was hit by lightening. We felt awful that you guys had to tow the loaner truck back to your dealership, but everyone-except Ramone-helped us through the situation with kindness. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and test drove a Focus Hatchback and an Escape.I went home and did some research on both.I decided to research the Fushion also.I had one for 8 years and felt the car was a good value however did not want the same car again. After I saw the new body style and researched I decided to try again.I picked out the one I wanted from the Internet listings and the salesman had it ready for me to test drive and buy. I had a great experience from the beginning to end! more
