After a huge misunderstanding, Steve at Quest booked us into the vehicle we wanted. We have yet to take the trip and I will follow up at that time. However, Steve appears to be a stand up kind of guy and honored a credit he did not have to give on a cancellation many months back. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. If the opportunity arises, I will use Quest again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Pros: Great Rates more

Great service, we used them for a wine tour on Saturday. I have never been before and they set up the wineries for us. Great choices of wineries. I will use them each and everytime I need a limo. Pros: Perfect from the start even with the office more

I used Quest for my best friends Bachelorette party and the service was professional, friendly, and fun. They made a great itinerary for us and were on time and then some. The limo was clean, modern, and stocked. For the price you can't beat it. This is the only choice in limo service for me! Pros: Everything more

Best Limousine company ever 7/30/2008

My friends and i took quest to las gatos to party for my birthday.When the limo pulled up i was really excited to see the coolest lime i had ever seen. our driver was really nice and very good driver he got us there and in the the clubs quickly and when we came out to go home he was already there waiting for us.He got us home and dropped us off.I will never use ayny other company.Best limos,best drivers,and the very best service. Recomend for everyone!! Pros: Awsome limo,great service and great drivers more

Great Service, Please read my review! 7/20/2008

My daughter and I were coming back from my parents house in Chicago. My flight was delayed and we got in extremely late. Quest Limo watched my flight and knew we were late arriving. We were so tired and could not wait to get home. I was so surprised to see that our driver must of have known we would be tired. She had pillows and snacks for my daughter and myself. \r \r This company made us feel very special and we will always use them! Pros: Thumbs Up Cons: None! more

Best Limo Service! Nice new 09 Limo and funny great driver 7/9/2008

My friends and I went to San Francisco to eat and find some nice clubs. When we got to the dinner spot they did not have our reservation and had over an hour wait. Steve the driver took us to a better resturant with no wait. He also suggested some clubs and got us right in with no wait or cover charge. We had a great time. Thanks Steve! We will use you again soon. Pros: New 09 Limo with experienced drivers Cons: Better Wine Bottle in car :) more
