Terrible! I went there based on recommendations of a few people that I work with. I have no idea what they were thinking or else they obviously haven't been to a decent nail salon before to have anything to compare this place to. There were just random people hanging out in this place that weren't even having anything done which made it seem crowded. The lady that did my nails was very rough and not nice or friendly at all. She nicked the side of my finger twice and didn't even bat an eye, much less apologize. I had purple sparkle glitter acrylic powder for my tips (I got them done originally at a nail salon in Arizona) and just needed the back filled. I explained to her that I didn't need her to do anything to the tips. She either didn't understand, didn't care, or both because she didn't know how to buff the new acrylic off of the tips (from where she did the backfill) and instead painted glitter nail polish over the tips. Completely ruined my nails and couldn't care less. I will NEVER go back to this place. TQ Nails across from Pettyville Walmart does an excellent job. Queen Nails is a nasty, ghetto looking place that does horrible work.\r
