I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

I have been going to Quality Tires for around 8 years now. The owner Mark and his Son Jimmy and all the staff, are honest. Their prices are good, and their service cannot be beat by anyone. Will not trust my car to anyone else. Have referred several friends to this place and each of them is equally happy, some drive all the way from Naperville to Quality Tires. more

Can't say enough good things about the service personnel at Quality Tire and Auto! Jimmy, Pete and Dave are so easy to talk to and deal with. Plus the service that has been done on my car has been top notch. I've never had a problem with it once I've walked out the doors. Keep up the great work guys! I will never take my car anywhere else, unless they can't fix it. I don't feel like I am being taken advantage because I am a woman. They are concern with my safety no lining their pockets. I don't get overcharged for serivice here. It is in my neighborhood. more

Not Like Any Other Mechanic 1/16/2014

I love the email forum on the website. I was able to email them my car's issue and make an appointment the very next day. My wife and I walked right in, they knew exactly who we were and started working on the car right away. Great service, and you actually feel as if they care about your car and aren't just trying to take all of your money. more
