Great access to several places for either food or shopping pleasure. Clean, new, stairways and elevator under construction but in time these will be like the rest of the hotel. The rooms we had were brand new and quite comfortable for our overnight stay for college graduation. I would highly recommend Quality Inn in W. Springfield as it was quite convenient to our venue. Easy access on and off highways.\r Thank you more

We stayed here mainly for the price. We needed a place to stay for one night to pick up a car. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was large, had everything you could want and was very clean. The personnel at the desk were nice and the location was perfect for us. You'd expect to pay at least double for a room of equal value. more

Graduation was exhausting. It was very important to me that my family and I were able to rest in a comfortable and pleasing hotel. We were all very satisfied. Will return during the summer and reserve another room - perhaps even the same room - if it's available. Thanks to Quality Inn my graduation ended on a happy note. more

The room was very clean, everything ""worked"" (airconditioning, tv, lights, hairdryer, etc.) Room was cleaned and linens replaced daily. overall I would stay here again and would reccommend it to anyone. more

This hotel was better than expected. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. It wasn't a noisy environment. I loved the balcony. You had the convenience of ordering food from a local eatery if u decided not to eat from the restaurant located on the property. Overall i would recommend this hotel to my friends and anyone who come to West Springfield. more

it was perfect for a one night stay for business I had in the area the next day. The hotel staff was very friendly and even allowed me to use their computer and printer to print a document I needed. If your just looking for a place to lay your head this place is not bad. I can't say enough about the hotel staff and am very thankful to Rich (front desk clerk) for all of his help and encouraging words. more

This hotel is right off of the 13B exit ramp off I-91. It has ample parking, a pool, and includes a continental breakfast. The hotel is in the middle of renovations but the 4th and 5th floor are completely renovated. Our room was spacious, with a balcony. a great buy! I would definitely stay here again. more

The stay was great! Great customer service by the employees. Beautifully and tastefully renovated room. Nice clean pool. Healthful breakfast. All in all our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend this place. The hotel management is putting in lot of efforts to renovate the hotel more

I booked this hotel at the last minute and given the rates I thought I was in for a 'can't wait to leave this place', but, I was pleasantly surprized with first the courteousness of the front desk clerk. Then, the room was clean nicely laid out and during our stay the other staff members was equally as courteous as the first one. The location was good we were across the way from a shopping center yet, not bothered by it because you somehow didn't have to deal with the typical mall traffic unless you were going to the mall. But, if you needed to grab something you were not in the middle of nowhere. Perfect if you ask me. more

This hotel is a great stay - not nearly as horrible as the other reviews make it out to be. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the pool was nice and everything in the room was in working order. I supervised a group of 45 students who also stayed in the hotel and not a one reported any problems or gross happenstance. It isn't the greatest hotel I've ever stayed at - I've been in many that were nicer... If you are a picky hotel go-er and can't deal with one little thing out of place...this hotel may not be for you. I did see one ant in our bathroom. There was a strand of womens hair on the seat of the chair near the desk - but if that turns you away from a hotel then you've got some problems. I'm convinced that the people who write the reviews on this website are the picky kind who can't handle one thing out of the ordinary. Like I said, great stay...but the not the nicest hotel you could choose. Great for the price...\r more

Upon reading the reviews I had my second thoughts but when I checked in I was surprised at how welcoming and accommodating the manager was. I had a small issue with TV not working and he quickly moved us. Rooms were clean and beds were best in area. They even matched another hotels rate. I'd like to personally thank the staff and I will stay here from now on!!! more

Apparently they are renovating the hotel. I got one of the new rooms. Nice room, they added a little table next to the bed with an outlet. Very useful for cell phone alarms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I got a room facing I-91, the sound block could have been a little better, but I got a good night's sleep. For 89 dollars a night, I thought it was quite nice. more
