buyers beware..absolutely horrible..the owner came to my home to give me a quote on replacing a window.i was forced to pay $55 in cash before he would give me the quote...i received the quote almost a week later via a message left on my voicemail...i called back immediately to accept the quote.."karen" took the message..i had to call an additional 4 times because the owner would not return my calls..finally i called a final time and spoke to "karen" again..she was unbelievabley rude..she told me that she never took any messages from me..even though she had identified herself as karen on prevous phone calls..i told her that i wanted my $55 refunded because i no longer had confidence in quyality glass based on her rudeness and the owners refusal to return my calls..i told her that i would be leaving a negative review for quality glass online.. she said my $55 would nt be refunded and threatened to call the police if i left a negative review!..needless to say i will be leaving reviews on all online sites...do no deal with this company!!! more

Good glass company out here. They have nice products and also help out with repairs. more

Someone thought it would be a great idea to drive down the road throwing bricks through windows of random cars. Well I happened to be one of the unlucky ones who's car was effected. I called quality glass and they gave me a great price. Came out about an hour after calling them, cleaned up all the glass out of my car for me and installed my back windshield within 45 minutes. I'm so thankful for the guys here, I appreciate the fast service and making me a priority for the day. Thanks again guys! more

Very fast, very friendly. My rear view mirror fell off my windshield and was dangling from the roof. They glued it back in place in 5 minutes, no charge. Absolutely made my day. Thank you! more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - The quality of the products is poor at best. I bought custom pieces of glass for a coffee table that I had redone and both pieces of glass had varied thicknesses throughout. They were not even. The edges were also VERY rough and chipped and asked them to smooth them out since it looked terrible. I would also agree that this business is unprofessional and uncooperative. Kathy, the one who answers the phones, is extremely grumpy every time I have talked to her and acts as if I'm wasting her time. AVOID THIS BUSINESS more

When we were in our apartment we had to park on the street. One fo the downfalls was snow plows. One of them broke to drivers side mirror and we needed to get it replaced, so we went to Quality Glass. They told us they could do it right awaya nd to go have a coffee at the local conveneince store. When we got back, the old broken mirror was gone and a new one was in place. The cost was only $10 for the work. EXCELLENT Price. more

When a turkey flew straight into our windshield it cracked and we had to have it replaced. Quality Glass told us to come on down that day as they could fit us in. In less than 1 hour we had a new windshield and we weren't out a fortune from our pocketbooks. If I even need another windshield I will be using this business. more

Quality Glass has been around more then 60 years. They do work on auto windows they will make glass table tops. They will replace old window glass or broken glass. They also work on commercial businesses store fronts and entrances. They sell plexiglass. They will work right with your insurance company. You can bring your stuff to them or they will come to you. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. more
