A friend told me about Quality Auto Body Inc. This was my first time taking my vehicle to them to do some body work. I am totally happy with the final outcome. It took the company about 5 days to start and to finish the task. Their staff were professional and friendly. Prices seemed to be reasonable. more

Superb company 10/3/2016

I had taken my truck to Quality Auto Body Inc., because it had some rear end damage. They replaced the tailgate, the bed itself was bowed in a v shape. The trailer hitch was bent so in. They did a superb job fixing everything, in my opinion. The whole crew at that place is great. Everyone is always very polite and friendly. Brian took some time to spend with me and explained what was going on. I just really didn't get that feeling you sometimes get like they are just trying to oversell you so they can charge you more money. I actually had some issues with the insurance company because Brian had found some other problems that the insurance adjuster did not find. I ended up going over the adjuster's head to the insurance company. Brian even fought for me a little with the insurance company. He was just so great. Really went the extra mile. Every time I walked into the place, everyone had smiles on their faces. They made me feel really comfortable, we would even crack jokes. I would go to them again anytime. I always recommend them to other people. more

Super service. Very customer friendly. 9/25/2016

This was my second experience with Quality Auto and it was just as good as the first. From the first friendly greeting until the last friendly goodbye, this was perfect. The personnel took care of dealing with the insurance, arranged for a loaner car and repaired the vehicle, and detailed it so well it looked like it did the day it came off the showroom floor. I found a good friend in Larissa who helped me through the experience of getting my car back in shape. I was under a great deal of stress this summer, and she understood that. I am impressed by her patience and willingness to listen to me. Another aspect of your business is that you have a great staff. Everyone I had contact with was polite and helpful. The crew who worked on my car did a wonderful job. I am very grateful to all of you! Ben and Logan are great guys and deserve accolades for their optimistic attitudes and serious work ethic. Outstanding service and work! 7/18/2016

From the start to finish, everyone at Quality Auto Body was exceptional. They kept me updated with pictures of their work, were always able to answer my questions, arranged for a rental car for me while my car was being repaired and took me over to pick it up, and were just generally outstanding. I've used them for detailing, for polishing of headlights, and now for repair, and I will use them again, I highly recommend them. more
